Introducing Your Host

Laura Bunting

RYT 500-Hour Yoga Teacher · Retreat Designer · Tsavo-Based

From over five years of living in the wild heart of Kenya, I've learned to move at nature's pace: quiet, present, unhurried.

I teach several styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Yin, Power Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. But more than that, I design experiences that bring people back to themselves.

Whether you're coming alone, with family, or with friends, I'll work with you to create an itinerary that feels exactly right. These journeys aren't just escapes. They're for those who crave less noise, more wild, and a gentle return to what's real.

You don't need anything to join me. Just come as you are.

Laura has a kind, empowered, and inclusive approach to yoga that melds itself to everyone and welcomes different people to show up in their bodies and in their lives as they truly are. It's a gift.

Incredible experience. Complete magic from start to finish. Stunning game drives in the wilderness, great yoga classes, delicious food, and a beautiful lodge and rooms.

Questions We Often Hear

Do I need to have a group already?

Not necessarily. Solo travellers are very welcome and we'll design an intimate experience just for you. If you'd prefer to travel with others, check out our group experiences or let us help you find the right dates.

How many people can you accommodate?

Our bespoke itineraries work for one person up to groups of 30 or more if you bring your own guests. Whether you're travelling solo or gathering a larger group of friends and family, we can design the perfect experience for your group size.

Do I need yoga experience?

None at all. All bodies, all levels, all humans welcome. We adapt our sessions to whoever is in the room. If yoga isn't your focus, we can also design itineraries that emphasise hiking, meditation, or simply rest.

Can I join a group retreat instead?

Yes. We run a small number of group retreats each year with set dates and guest facilitators. View our upcoming group experiences to see what's available and secure your spot.

How far in advance should I book?

For bespoke itineraries, we recommend three to six months lead time, especially for peak seasons or destinations requiring permits such as Rwanda. For group experiences, early booking is advised as spaces are limited.
