Over four days, we’ll move with the elements—greeting the day with yoga, hiking across hills, and ending nights fireside, wrapped in warmth and quiet conversation. Whether you come seeking restoration, adventure, or simply space to be, the Highlands hold what you need.

Thursday 15th: Arrival & Settling IN
3:00 PM: Arrive at Kinloch Lodge, where the fire is warm and the loch stretches wide before you. Take time to settle in, breathe deep, and unwind.
4:00 PM: Welcome gathering with tea and home-baked treats, an introduction to the land, and the conservation work happening around us.
5:00 PM: A slow walk to the riverside sauna, where you can take a moment to soak in the surroundings.
7:00 PM: Drinks by the fire before a Highland-inspired dinner—a feast of local flavours.
Friday 16th: Moving with the Land
Morning: Yoga & meditation in Kinloch’s light-filled annexe, setting the tone for the day ahead.
Breakfast: A nourishing spread in the conservatory, looking out over the loch.
11:00 AM: A guided hike to Castle Varach, where the Highlands stretch out before you.
1:00 PM: A picnic at Tamline Bay—walk mindfully along the shore, take a wild dip in the sea, or sit quietly with the rhythm of the waves.
4:00 – 6:00 PM: Free time—write, rest, or sink into the heat of the sauna.
7:00 PM: Drinks in the lounge before dinner in the dining room, a slow, candlelit affair
Saturday 17th: Wild & Free
Morning: Yoga & meditation
Breakfast: A slow, hearty meal in the conservatory.
11:00 AM: A guided walk to Achiemore Bothy
Lunch: Cooked over the Green Egg grill.
Afternoon: Return to Kinloch by bike or car, taking in the sweeping views along the way.
4:00 PM: Time to rest—enjoy the sauna, a book, or simply the lodge.
7:30 PM: Our final dinner together, followed by fireside stories and stargazing under the Highland sky.
Sunday 18th: Departure
7:30 AM: A final yoga practice
9:00 AM: Breakfast: One last slow meal before we part ways.
11:00 AM: Depart Kinloch Lodge, carrying the wild with you.
