Laura is dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience for our guests, seamlessly integrating yoga into your safari adventure. Our retreats offer a unique opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the wild, with Yin, Vinyasa, Meditation, and wellness aspects woven into the itinerary. We strive to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere where guests can nurture their minds, bodies, and souls amidst the natural world.

Each day on retreat starts with an invigorating Vinyasa session to energise your mind and body. In the late afternoons, we gather for a calming hour of Yin Yoga and Meditation to promote relaxation. Laura tailors the practice to suit your comfort level and offers adjustments to help those who wish to advance in their asana practice.

Wellness Off the Mat

To keep active on safari, we offer activities such as horseback riding, wilderness cycling, and guided hikes in addition to game drives. These activities ensure you stay active while enjoying the safari experience.

Massage

Massages also play a vital role in enhancing wellness and our retreat experience. We have access to an in-house masseuse available for bookings whenever your body craves some extra TLC, included in your retreat price.

Food to Fuel

Last but not least, the nutritious food we serve is an essential aspect of our wellness retreat. We don’t enforce restrictive diets but instead offer delicious menus packed with whole foods and locally sourced ingredients to fuel your body. Sundowners, a safari tradition where we watch the sunset at the end of the day, include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options for you to enjoy as you please a moment of awe before the day comes to a close.
